Our course is designed as a 21-day journey because research shows that consistent repetition over a period of time is key to rewiring the brain and forming new habits. While the “21-day rule” has become a popular guideline, it’s actually rooted in both neuroscience and behavioral psychology.
When we repeat an action consistently, we strengthen neural pathways in the brain, a process called neuroplasticity. With enough repetition, the brain starts to associate certain cues (like time of day or emotional state) with automatic responses (like going for a walk or journaling). In other words, habits form when behaviors become easier and more automatic due to repeated practice.
During a 21-day period:
The first 7 days often focus on awareness and resisting old patterns.
Days 8–14 build consistency and reinforce motivation.
Days 15–21 help shift the behavior from effortful to more automatic, laying the foundation for long-term change.
