Soulwave was born from our shared passion for creating sacred space — a living reminder to return to your rhythm, reconnect with your essence, and move through life with intention. As devoted space holders with a deep love for movement, breath, and transformation, we’ve woven together our gifts to guide others home to themselves.
I’m Julia Dalbard
An empowerment coach, breathwork facilitator, and intuitive guide with a deep devotion to helping others reconnect with their truth and live in alignment. My work is rooted in the belief that we all carry the answers within — sometimes we just need the right support to remember them.
My journey began in the corporate world, following a path that looked successful on the outside but felt deeply disconnected on the inside. After navigating burnout and depression, I turned inward and began healing — not just through mindset work, but through somatic practices like breathwork, movement, and ritual. These tools changed my life, and they continue to be the foundation of everything I share.
Today, I guide clients through a holistic blend of coaching, nervous system work, and breath-based practices. Whether I’m holding space in a breathwork session, coaching clients, or co-creating Soulwave, my intention is always the same: to empower people to come home to themselves — grounded, aligned, and alive.
I’m Minna Yr Johannsdottir
A space holder, movement guide, DJ, photographer, and creative soul with a deep love for helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner rhythm. Through yoga, ecstatic dance, music, and ceremony, I create spaces that invite freedom, presence, and emotional release.
My offerings are rooted in joy and connection, and are often infused with uplifting sounds that move energy and open the heart. Whether I’m guiding a yoga flow, holding a women’s circle, DJing, or co-creating a Soulwave journey, I always come back to the intention of creating a space where people can feel more alive, more seen, and more at home in themselves.
My own path has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity for healing, self-expression, and the soul’s deeper purpose. I’ve facilitated yoga and ecstatic dance, held women’s circles and retreats, and traveled to gain new perspectives and deepen my understanding of transformation. Music is one of my greatest passions, and I believe it has the power to uplift, shift, and remind us who we truly are.
Why we created Soulwave
We initially met through the spiritual community in Stockholm and became friends during a transformative retreat in Greece. From the start, it was clear we shared a vision: to live in harmony with ourselves and life, and to support others in doing the same.
Soulwave was born from that shared intention — a living reminder to return to your own rhythm. A space to reconnect with your essence through breath, movement, stillness, and sound. A wave you can ride back home to yourself.
The name Soulwave reflects the natural cycles of life — the ebb and flow, the pulse of the breath, the rhythm of the body. It’s inspired by music, dance, water, and the energetic wave that moves through us when we live in alignment.
As we spent more time creating together, we realized how naturally our paths and practices complement each other. We are both passionate and devoted space holders, and together we carry a wide range of tools, experiences, and modalities — from breathwork and coaching to dance, yoga, and sound. Soulwave became our way of weaving these gifts into something we could offer to others.
We created Soulwave to gather the tools, practices, and experiences that helped us reconnect — and to share them with others in a way that feels simple, soulful, and real. Whether it’s through a morning ritual, a course, a dance, or a deep breath, Soulwave is here to support your return to self.
